Being a woman who is involved with her Hawaiian history, culture and traditions is just part of belongs to one of the oldest Hawaiian societies.  Come meet and join the women of Na Wahine Hui O Kamehameha 1 on the first thursday of each month, at the Kanaina Building on Iolani Palace grounds.  Meeting starts at 630 p.m., Hawaiian dress attire.  Visit us to see what we do and our activities, then decide if this is something you would want to become involved with.  applications can be received at our meeting.

We meet twice a month, the 1st Thursday is our business meeting and third Thursday our NA MEA, or social meeting to learn crafts, hear speakers or practice for our song contest in October!  We have an annual convention on rotating islands in October and many ceremonies, parades and activities  the year.  We have Chapters in Honolulu, Kapolei, Maui, Kauai, Hilo and Kona.  We are the counterpart of the men of the Royal Order of Kamehameha 1…and we stand in support of our men.  Join us, share your talents and mana’o and grow with us!
